The most important thing to us is that you love your new LOC hat, that’s why we offer 14 day returns from the delivery date.

It is very important to us that you love your new Lack of Color hat! 

We will happily accept returns for store credit or exchange on all full priced items received within 14 days. Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a return (unless delayed due to postage & handling). 

As we do not offer refunds, we ask you please be mindful when choosing your new LOC hat. 

LOC is happy to offer a credit note or exchange for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition with tags attached.

 

Returns on Full Priced Items

- All full prices items are eligible for return for an online store credit or exchange only (including items purchased using a 10% welcome discount code)

- All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached

- Please note we do not offer refunds so please be mindful when choosing your new LOC hat

 

Returns on a Sale Items

- All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items (items purchased with a promotional code of more than 15% )

- Items purchased using a 10% welcome code are eligible for return

 

Exchange

- All return items must be in the original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached

- Once your return reaches our warehouse, your exchange order will be processed, and you will receive updated tracking information for your exchange order

- In the event the item requested sells out, you will automatically be issued a store credit (minus returns shipping fees, where applicable)

 

Postage

- All shipping costs are non-refundable

- For domestic returns within Australia, a return shipping label will be provided when your return request is submitted. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit or exchange amount

- Return shipping labels are valid for 14 days, if the return is not shipped in this time the return request and return shipping label
will expire

- International customers are to cover the cost of return
shipping, we highly recommend using a trackable service to track the progress of your return

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we are so sorry!

A lot of effort goes into the preparation of our product. All LOC pieces are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to. 

Please email us at love@lackofcolor.com.au with your order number and a brief description and images of the fault/incorrect item.

Please note consider natural fibre flaws such as flecking, weave variations and loose straw ends as faulty.

How to Return

To return your items, follow the steps below to ship your items back in all original packaging, unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns within Australia will be provided a return shipping label when your return request is processed. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit or exchange amount.

International customers are to cover the cost of the return shipping. We recommend using a traceable service when posting your return to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels and to track the progress of your return.
