ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch all orders within a 24 – 48 hour period, Monday to Friday AEST.
Express orders placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched the same day. Express orders placed after 2pm AEST or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia.
Orders placed during a promotion, re-stocking or holiday period, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping (with Insurance) - $9 flat rate when you spend over $150.
We offer standard and express shipping services on all orders.
Free Australian domestic shipping when you spend over $150.
All orders are sent via Australia Post and are sent with an "Authority to Leave". Insurance on domestic standard shipping with signature is available at an additional $9 flat rate. This covers you if your order is missing or lost.
Please note that we cannot cancel or update your order once your order has been processed or dispatched. If you need to update any details associated with your order, please contact us at love@lackofcolor.com.au and we will try our best to amend your order.

We ship to International destinations via standard and express services with delivery times varying between 4-25 days depending on your location.

Express parcels are sent with Australia Post or DHL Express Worldwide.
DHL is the fastest option and has the most reach internationally that we currently offer.
DHL orders arrive within 3-10 business days once dispatched (depending on the destination).
We advise customers to choose this service if your country doesn’t have a major international shipping terminal to ensure your parcel arrives safely and in a timely manner.

Please note that a limit of two items can be shipped per parcel with DHL Express for International orders.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking number to be active.
If you have created an account with us, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.
Unfortunately due to the size of our cartons which are in place to protect your item, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel lockers.
During promotions, peak periods or public holidays, please allow up to 4 business days for processing and handling. This is in addition to the shipping timeframe quoted at checkout.
Unfortunately, due to parcel size restrictions, the following styles remain unavailable to ship to Germany and will be removed from the cart automatically.
